EL NOIRE partners with Printify, a print-on-demand company, meaning each T-shirt is uniquely produced once ordered. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect design), we will provide a replacement with another design of your choice at no additional cost. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame. Note that print placement on our T-shirts may vary by up to 0.5 inches, which is not considered a defect. For unsuccessful deliveries, you may opt for a partial refund or a reprint at an additional cost. Contact us at support@elnoire.com within 30 days of delivery to resolve any issues.
