Overview
EL NOIRE partners with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, meaning each T-shirt is custom-made upon order placement. We strive to deliver exceptional quality, but due to the custom nature of our products, our refund and replacement policy is as follows.

No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Errors
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders due to customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect design), we will provide a replacement with another design of your choice at no additional cost. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame is required for confirmation. Note that print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches, which is not considered a defect. Contact us at support@elnoire.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
For unsuccessful deliveries, you may opt for a partial refund or a reprint at an additional cost. EL NOIRE is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
