By accessing or purchasing from EL NOIRE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Products and Orders
EL NOIRE partners with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, meaning all products are custom-made upon order placement. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund and replacement policy.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods through Shopify Payments. Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.
4. Shipping
We ship to the USA via trusted carriers. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. EL NOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. For unsuccessful deliveries, you may opt for a partial refund or a reprint at an additional cost.
5. Refund and Replacement Policy
As a print-on-demand brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders due to customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect design), we will provide a replacement with another design of your choice at no additional cost. For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame is required for confirmation. Note that print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches, which is not considered a defect. Contact us at support@elnoire.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a replacement. There is no need to return the damaged product.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on the EL NOIRE website are the intellectual property of EL NOIRE and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
EL NOIRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
